At AgVantis, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. Our team actively participates in a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year, including supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters, where we help mentor and inspire young people, and PBS, where we contribute to initiatives that promote education, culture, and lifelong learning. We are also proud to support Children First: CEO Kansas Inc., a local nonprofit dedicated to helping students thrive. In addition to volunteering our time—such as staffing their annual Christmas Store—we contribute financially to their programs, including back-to-school drives, shoe nights, and holiday sponsorships.
By dedicating both our time and resources, we strive to make a positive and lasting impact that strengthens our communities and reflects our core values.
At AgVantis, we believe in giving back to our community—one pair of jeans at a time. Through our monthly jeans donation program, employees contribute a minimum of $20 to earn the privilege of wearing jeans throughout the month. These contributions are now conveniently collected via payroll, with options to pay quarterly or annually. Each quarter, a department selects three local non-profit organizations to receive the funds raised, ensuring our donations directly support causes close to home. Our jeans dollars make a meaningful impact across Wichita and beyond.
